Vaultinvestment seeks to invest in or buy companies with consistent free cash flow.

Our selection criteria include:

North American private companies

Control or substantial minority equity investment

Solid, committed management team

Competitive position with ability to maintain or grow margins

Revenue between $10 million and $350 million

Stable operating profits between $2 million and $45 million

Low to moderate capital reinvestment needs

LLCs, S-Corps, partnerships or divisions of larger corporations are preferred

Preferred sectors include:

Manufacturing

Distribution

Business to business services

Franchises and franchisers

Food

Aftermarket products & services
